Jacqueline received her Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Development with a focus on Human Services and a minor in Sociology from Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, Virginia/USA). She received her Master of Science in Education degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Indiana University (Bloomington, Indiana/USA).
During her career, she has worked with undergraduate, graduate, international, under-represented, military, athletes, and other clients from many different population segments. Providing support and counsel at every stage of the process, covering components such as essay planning, resume writing, developing a strong personal narrative, rehearsing for interviews, along with utilizing both local and online networks – she ensures each person is thoroughly prepared.

Jacqueline currently serves as a College Counselor at the Academic Bridge Program (ABP) within the Qatar Foundation. In addition, she works remotely to provide access to her knowledge of the inner workings of higher education and career planning with ambitious consumers situated all over the world.
