PMP Program Overview
The PMP Certificate is the most recognized and respected credential in the field of project management. This workshop is dedicated to helping students earn their certificate by preparing them to pass the PMP exam. It focuses on key concepts in each of the process and knowledge areas, including the recently added professional responsibility section. The course begins with an introduction to the exam and why it exists. Students are then given a practice test, and the facilitator adapts the duration of each section of the course accordingly based on the needs of the workshop participants.

About The Instructor :
Twenty-five years of progressive and broad experience in project management training and consulting worldwide. Five years’ experience in healthcare project management including Cerner Application, Getinge T-Doc Application, Application Revenue Cycle, and Lawson ERP. Managed workstreams and deliverables for the Sidra Medical and Research Center IT Shared HIS/EMR project. The project’s goal is to implement Cerner Millennium at SIDRA Medical & Research Center to achieve a cost-effective, leading-edge Regional Integrated Delivery Health Network within the State of Qatar. Provided leadership to ITPMO and project team in the setup and implementation of the EMR project environment using Project Management Process and PMBOK methodology and technology tools to support project deliverables defined in the Project Charter and Scope.
I have twenty years of experience in social-sector aid projects focusing on health & education with NGOs, UN Agencies, and bilateral aid agencies. Expert in implementing new technology to manage the company’s projects and programs. I organized, managed, and developed various information technology projects such as developing software tools for customization and integration with third-party IT systems. Also, I designed specific management dashboards to facilitate executive leadership.
Holds a B.S. Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Kansas State University- Manhattan, Kansas, Master’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Davenport University- Detroit, Michigan and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a certified Balance Scorecards Professional (BSP) from George Washington University.
I pioneered international best-practice project management tools in the middle east region by conduct training sessions on the subject Programme/Project Cycle Management (PCM) and the use of the Logical Framework Matrix (Logframe) the international standard of managing program and project in the United Nation agencies, NGO’s and philanthropic organizations.
